RSPCA is a competitor in the Pet Industry
with the Power to Steal pets, aided and abetted by Our Government, to sell for their own profit was confirmed by BRISBANE DISTRICT COURT on 30 Oct 09
RSPCA is a trading business, trading in pets plundered from the community.
RSPCA became an incorporated trading entity (business) on 23 December 1999 by reason of Section 51 (xx) of the Commonwealth Constitution, Section 4 of the Trade Practices Act 1974 established by the High Court of Australia in R – v – Federal Court of Australia; ex parte W. A National Football League (1979) HCA 6 (1979) 143 CLR 190 and on 05 July 2002 established by the Federal Court of Australia in Orion Pet Products Pty Ltd – v – Royal Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Vic) [2002] FCA 860
Section 51 of the Trade Practices Act protects RSPCA from being investigated for breaches of the Trade Practices Act.
In the email below The Government (Fiona Ferguson) aided and abetted RSPCA by "signing off" for RSPCA seized dogs which were then sold by RSPCA for RSPCA own profit. This was further confirmed in BRISBANE MC by Fiona Ferguson who said "...formally forfeits...." This action is illegal as the Animal Care and Protection Act was surely not drafted and enacted to steal from the public for a private business.
RSPCA with massive profits motive and conflict of interest between administering the Act and making profits, can be expected to fabricate, perjure and taint the "evidence" RSPCA produces to support their profit motive. After all, RSPCA was allowed to legally steal, plunder, demonise, terrorise, intimidate pet owners and breeders with the confirmed full support of our Government. Note: RSPCA inspectors appointments required little or none of the scrutiny one would reasonably expect in order to hold such an important position in the administration of the the Law. A convicted criminal can apply and be appointed an RSPCA Inspector.
RSPCA made it public that RSPCA seize animals. Technically this is incorrect. Actually RSPCA Inspectors seize animals under the Act for the Department of Primary Industries (now DEEDI). DEEDI then forfeits seized animals to the ownership of the State. The State when all legal procedures are over can give the animals away or sell them. RSPCA had persistently claimed, RSPCA apply for forfeiture and then the animals belong to RSPCA who then sell the animals for RSPCA profit. The Government supported this.
